VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

JOIN OUR TEAM

P-51 Flag Football is the first and only travel flag football organization for boys and girls in the area. There is great opportunity for our program to grow and impact more families. We are looking for volunteers who live by the same philosophy we teach to our athletes: Leadership. Attitude. Hustle.

We have been fortunate to have some incredible people bring their talents, skills, expertise, and work ethic to our program. As we expand so does the need for volunteers! If you are interested in volunteering for P-51 FF please review the opportunities below and submit an application.

Travel Coaches

We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible youth sports coaches to provide a fun and safe sporting experiencing for our athletes. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing winning strategies, scheduling team practices and games, and instilling high character values in your athletes both on and off the field. Coaches must be competitive yet composed at all times.

Team Moms

All great sports teams need Team Moms! The team mom role goes beyond description. They care for the well-being of the members of the team. They assist with everything from team nutrition, a.k.a snacks, to making sure players don't forget their mouthpiece. They may administer first aid or organize the end of season party. We love our Team Moms!

Legal

We are looking for someone with legal expertise to assist with document review, explanation of legal terminology, and basic legal advice if necessary. Legal assistance would also be valuable to help our organization exceed standards of legal compliance for non-profit organizations.

Scheduling

We are looking for someone to coordinate and manage the P-51 schedule. To ensure that camps, team practices, tournaments, and other events do not conflict with one another. Our scheduler may assist with reserving facilities for events, or departure times and lodging when we travel.

Accounting

We are looking for someone with expertise in accounting to help with monitoring spending and budgets, preparing accounts and tax returns, analyzing financial performance, advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits.

Fundraising

As a non-profit organization, we must raise funds to continue to operate. We are looking for fundraisers to bring in sponsorships and organize events/campaigns to raise money and other kinds of donations for our organization. They also may design promotional materials and increase awareness of an organization's work, goals, and financial needs.
